Hello!

I’m a product leader and engineer who likes building things people use in their daily lives. Most of my career has been in consumer technology - creating products that sit in millions of pockets and homes as well as the platforms that power these products.

I currently work on AI innovation at Google, accelerating the adoption of AI to build new kinds of products and experiences. I do this by taking emerging technology and turning it into products that solve real problems.

I was part of the early team at YouTube and have also founded multiple startups - some exited successfully, some didn't pan out. The experience of building companies from the ground up and scaling products in large companies has shaped how I think about product-building: move fast, stay close to users, and ship things that matter.

Outside of my day job, I advise and invest in startups and serve on the Computer Science Advisory Board at USC Viterbi School of Engineering, where I help think about how the next generation of engineers should be trained.

I also write occasionally about technology, AI, product design, and how software is changing the world.
