Besides the annoyance that you have to shred those &amp;ldquo;offers&amp;rdquo; so that nobody misuses them, they also fill up the mailbox and make a big mess.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Most of those companies get the details from credit reporting agencies.
